Accessibility Commitment
BioStackHQ seeks to ensure that its digital platforms are designed and maintained with accessibility, usability and inclusive access in mind.
This Statement applies to BioStack HQ-controlled public digital experiences and describes the accessibility approach applied during design, publication and continuing maintenance.
The responsible owner shall maintain proportionate procedures, records and review arrangements to give effect to this provision. Any exception requires appropriate authority, documentation and, where the risk warrants it, consultation with the Office of Legal & Governance or another competent control function.
Accessibility is considered alongside security, brand integrity, technical feasibility and the needs of diverse users. Alternative access, remediation and prioritisation decisions are assessed case by case; no statement in this document creates a guarantee that every feature will be available in every environment at every time.
