Any exception requires appropriate authority, documentation and, where the risk warrants it, consultation with the Office of Legal & Governance or another competent control function.

Concerns may be raised in good faith through designated channels and will be handled with appropriate confidentiality, fairness and protection from retaliation, subject to law and a proper investigation.
