Integrity in Conduct
BioStackHQ expects all representatives to conduct business with honesty, fairness and professional responsibility.
These standards apply to directors, officers, employees, contractors and representatives acting for or on behalf of BioStack HQ, and inform the expectations communicated to relevant business partners.
The responsible owner shall maintain proportionate procedures, records and review arrangements to give effect to this provision. Any exception requires appropriate authority, documentation and, where the risk warrants it, consultation with the Office of Legal & Governance or another competent control function.
No commercial objective justifies conduct that is dishonest, coercive, discriminatory, retaliatory or otherwise inconsistent with this document. Concerns may be raised in good faith through designated channels and will be handled with appropriate confidentiality, fairness and protection from retaliation, subject to law and a proper investigation.

Requests and concerns should include enough information to identify the relevant relationship, record or issue. BioStack HQ may request verification, additional detail or a reasonable extension where permitted, and will respond through the appropriate channel while protecting confidentiality, legal privilege and the rights of others.
