BioStackHQ views resources entrusted to the organisation as long-term assets requiring disciplined management and responsible deployment.
These Principles govern the consideration and deployment of financial, intellectual, technological, environmental and organisational resources entrusted to BioStack HQ.
The responsible owner shall maintain proportionate procedures, records and review arrangements to give effect to this provision. Any exception requires appropriate authority, documentation and, where the risk warrants it, consultation with the Office of Legal & Governance or another competent control function.
Resource decisions are assessed against strategic purpose, risk, resilience, opportunity cost, capability needs and long-term value. Delegated decision-makers remain accountable for the quality of analysis, the authority relied upon, the records created and the monitoring undertaken after commitment.
